exchanges&warranty

The Essential Kit will gladly replace any faulty product within one month of purchase through our online store. We may require proof of purchase. 

Please email info@theessentialkit.com.au with images of the faulty item and we will be in touch within 24-48 hours regarding your replacement. Please note items damaged or broken through general or extreme use will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

 

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

 

For products purchased through one of our stockists please contact them directly to organise your replacement.
