ORDER REQUIREMENTS

No minimum order qualities apply.

 

PROCESSING

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed after payment. We do endeavour to get you orders out as quickly as possible.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated at the time of ordering.  All deliveries are shipped by Australia Post and freight is based on cost to The Essential Kit. FREE shipping on orders over $100

 

OUR WHOLESALE RANGE

Please note that our retail and wholesale stores operate separately. Therefore, not all products available in our retail store are available for wholesale.

You will be able to view all available items and pricing once you log in with your wholesale login.

 

GRAPHICS AND IMAGES

PAYMENT

Payment is at time of checkout for online orders and upon receipt of invoice for orders place over the phone or via email. Once payment has been received goods will be dispatched within 1-3 days. All prices exclude GST until added at shopping cart’s final total or added to invoice. We accept payment via STRIPE and PayPal, please contact us directly if you wish to pay via an alternative method.

 

CREDIT CLAIMS

All credit claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. A claim form (available from head office info@theessentialkit.com.au) must be completed and returned to head office for approval. At this stage, head office with assess the claim and decide on the appropriate course of action. No credit will be issued if goods are returned due to buyer’s changing their mind about the purchase. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. The Essential Kit will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
